Private TRE 1:1 Session
Service Description
A private, one-to-one session is recommended for anyone suffering from PTSD, CPTSD, exhaustion, prolonged acute stress, or trauma. It is also a comfortable way to get to know your own body, emotions and self expression, in a safe and supportive space.
Cancellation Policy
GROUP CLASSES To ensure group classes go ahead we need a minimum number of people, so please give 48 hours notice if you cannot make the class, and you will receive a full refund (less transaction fees). Alternatively you may transfer your place to a friend. If less that 48 hours, no refund is offered, except in cases where you can provide a doctor's certificate that would exempt you from taking the class. PRIVATE CLASSES Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot make the class, and you will receive a full refund (less transaction fees). Up to 4 hours notice you will receive 50% refund. If less that 4 hours, no refund is offered, except in cases where you can provide a doctor's certificate that would exempt you from taking the class.
