TRE Class Cancellation Policy

To ensure group classes go ahead we need a minimum number of people, so please give 48 hours’ notice if  you cannot make the class, and you will receive a full refund (less transaction fees). Alternatively you may transfer your place to a friend.

 

If less that 48 hours, no refund is offered, except in cases where you can provide a doctor's certificate that would exempt you from taking the class.​​

Please give 24 hours’ notice if you cannot make the class, and you will receive a full refund (less transaction fees).  Up to 4 hours’ notice you will receive 50% refund. 

 

If less that 4 hours, no refund is offered, except in cases where you can provide a doctor's certificate that would exempt you from taking the class.
